Terms for Employers:

- 2. Payment order: Workers can be paid either a percentage of the order or hourly. Typically, a percentage of the declared revenue is used in this field.
- 3. Providing accurate information: Employers are required to provide accurate and complete information about the working conditions and payment.
- 4. Compliance with agreements: All conditions agreed upon with workers must be strictly followed.
- 5. Transportation of workers: Transportation of workers to and from work is not mandatory for the employer and is subject to agreement based on the route and feasibility.
Terms for Job Seekers:
- 1. Preliminary information clarification: Job seekers are required to clarify with employers the payment order, conditions, and the nature of the tasks to be performed.
- 2. Preparation of necessary documents: Job seekers are required to provide all necessary documents to the employer, confirming their qualifications and experience.
- 3. Compliance with working conditions: All working conditions agreed upon with employers must be strictly followed.
- 4. Responsibility for task performance: Job seekers are responsible for the quality and timely performance of all tasks agreed upon with the employer.
- 5. Transportation of workers: Transportation of workers to and from work is not mandatory for the employer and is subject to agreement based on the route and feasibility.
